Monday, 8/30/2010 Morning Normal Run [Top]

General Information:
  Comments Ran into Duck this morning. Wasn't sure how fast I was going, but felt pretty tired. Knew I was running well, but didn't have a whole bunch left in the tank. Might have been able to crank another 3 miles at that pace. Why are all the douche bags walking and biking and running around Duck unable to wave or say, "Good morning?" Bunch of asshats.

  Comments Felt a bit tired again today, plus it is hot as hell again. All in all the ankle felt pretty good and was my first run without the brace on.
