Ran at lunch with Matt, Curt, Milica, Marty, & Kevin D. Garmin didn't pick up for quite a ways so distance is a guess, and first split is not right:
Distance measured 4.19 by Garmin but much of the first 15 minutes was counted as time but not distance.

Tried to stay with the group on the first 2 especially.
Rick's birthday donuts yesterday added a pound.
