General Information:
  Comments Ran at lunch with Matt, Curt, Milica, Marty, & Kevin D. Garmin didn't pick up for quite a ways so distance is a guess, and first split is not right:

Distance measured 4.19 by Garmin but much of the first 15 minutes was counted as time but not distance.

  Comments Matt, Milica & Marty did 2 before I joined them. We did 3 more in the flats, then 2 on the way back to SW. Kevin D. also arrived in time for my 3rd.

Mostly walking recovery after 3 & 4.

Tried to stay with the group on the first 2 especially.

Rick's birthday donuts yesterday added a pound.

Ran with Marty - flats - Tremont - flats - Commercial Hill - around the baseball stadium.
