  Comments 16x200 for shits. Getting hot out, so dynamic runs are way more taxing than they used to be. Averaged 31. On the last 4 went 33/29/33/29 just to mix things up. Apparently, 32 is a jog and 29 is ALL OUT.

  Comments Went out quick and everyone slowed up about halfway. Temps were going up pretty quickly, and it's always humid at Grandma's. Thought I'd run a faster time, but I stayed about the same distance off the lead for the last few miles, and held off a couple of guys that were gaining the last couple miles. Not a bad race.
