General Information:
  Comments 1:15 on 1:45 off x 12 - not bad, started a little late so it was already getting hot outside. DP over 70 too. Tried to get HR up to 165 and stay above 140 on off. was able to do 4:40 on 5:40 off on flats, which was not much of the way since I stayed out in Keats. Not much data from this kind of workout, but probably makes me tougher.

  Comments 5 mile LT in 24:41 then 5 min rest, then 1 mile in 4:37. Did 5 mile out & back on dump, then mile straight out on linear. HR was a little high, as it was still pretty hot and humid, but not as bad as last week. Mile was good though, as I felt shitty early and just toughed it out.
