  Comments Ran to the stadium, then ran a 5k for the FH Breadbasket. The course was a tenth short, and I ran 14:22. I'd assume i'd probably be just under 15 for actual 5k. Packet my shit up and ran over to Bluestem for oatmeal. 12 mi w/u/ 3 mi race / 2 miles cooldown
