General Information:
  Comments Working on faster than threshold. Went 4 miles in 18:48. Split 5k in 14:39 and 6k in 17:38. Did figure 8 at NE park. Felt pretty strong after the first mile. Of course I'm immediately humbled by the new marathon WR being about the pace I ran for four miles.
