  Comments Supposed to do 2x4 miles, but I was a little worn out from Sat and Sun, so shortened it up a little bit, which turned out being a good idea. Pace was good and felt good effort wise, but I would have been much more tired if I had gone just a little further. Feeling in good shape coming into the last couple of weeks.
