General Information:
  Comments Progression from 5:20 to 4:40. Felt pretty good. 4:55 pace feels better than the slower paces. The 4:40 was tough. Pollen and stuff seems to be clearing out, as I'm sneezing less and hacking out more gunk. I usually get hit with something like this for a week or so each spring. Either way, it didn't seem to affect the workout.

  Comments A good 20 mph wind out of the east (homestretch) I was able to buck it for a mile, and then it was just too much. Was splitting 34 on backstretch and 37 on homestretch most of the last two miles. Would have been nice to see what I could have run in better weather.
