Saturday, 3/28/2015 Morning Threshold [Top]
General Information:
  Comments At Wicked half marathon in Wamego. Went out at around 5:15/ then dropped down to avg 5:06 from 3-11 and brought it in at 5:09/ 1:07:55 for the race. Wind was out of east, so last 6 miles was into it and with a few hills. Felt pretty smooth, but could tell if I had to drop down under 5:00/ it would have been pretty rough.
