General Information:
  Comments 3 on 2 off x 12 then 2x1000. Fartlek was rough. It's the first humid day in KS, and I could tell. Managed to do 4:50-5:00 avg on and 5:50-6:00 off. Then 5 mins and 1000s in 2:52/2:53 w/ 90 sec in between. Was pretty beat by the end.

General Information:
  Comments Dogfight with two Kenyans. They were gaming me the whole race. Gdddaammm I love it when I run a good tactical race. The main dude was was the guy who beat Ryan Hall at RNR Arizona this year an has run 62/2:11 course is hilly as crap and the race got tour de francey at the end with little bursts and covers and looking around. It was great.

  Comments kind of dicked this up. For some reason I couldn't tell time and started way too late. The weather was nice though, slight wind. Went 5:06 for 11 miles, then 1 mile in 4:41. Supposed to do 10 and 2 miles, but I was going to be late for work. I felt like shit on the mile. Running 5:06s felt smooth as hell after 8 miles. Felt like I could have gone for another half hour at that pace.
