General Information:
  Comments 4 mile hard on Pre-Nats course before the races started. Went 19:15. Was kind of dissappointed until Ed Cheserek and guys came through 4 miles of 8k in 19:30. Course was squishy and there was a decent wind out of north. So not bad I guess.
