Got really good sleep last night. 10pm to 8am. Woke up an was able to stretch an what not for a good bit before the run.

about 2 or 3 miles into the run I ran into Turkey who was on his bike and he biked with me the rest of the way.

still trying to keep these singles up. if i was doubling every day like last season with this i think id be close 2 150 miles haha. glad im not tho cuz im not wanting to do that right now, probably will stay at 1-2 doubles a week and at least 100 on singles.

wanted to go further, wanted to faster..such is life. Felt flat from the very get go. wasnt super hot or super humid..maybe 76 degrees?? So just didnt have it..

At least got 102 miles on singles and another 16 on the two doubles. Solid week. I think thats three weeks in a row now at at least 100 on singles....nope never mind just two weeks

on the towpath so already a little bit harder of a surface 2 run fast on. was hoping to crank it down but it got into the 80's the second half and i was more holding on than cranking down. no water or anything on this and all continuous
