2 miles up; 15 x 1:00 on/1:00 off on Lakewood Park paths; 1.75 miles down. Super hot, but felt ok. Started at 8K/10K ish effort and worked my way down. For reference I kept splits on the mile loops to make sure I wasn't sandbagging the recoveries near the end. I wasn't: 6:42, 6:39, 6:37, 6:33, plus an extra quarter mile or so. Hopefully this will put some spring in my step for Saturday's race. Forecast is looking good so far.
