  Comments Progression with ivy beam yeah yeah and mark at unioto with the unioto tanks. Not sure anyone did an actual progression run other then Ivy. It's crazy to see the amount of dedicated kids Paxton has , really a great thing. Ivy and mark both ran well, considering we've rarely run sub 8 minute pace for the past two months.
