  Comments School was cancelled because of the fog. So, I got up pretty early because I was expecting to go to school and I was super excited when I saw that we were not going to have it.I wanted to see the fog from the ridges great seal, so I decided to head out that way and just get a 10 mile run in. It was pretty beautiful. The rain melted all the snow and that in turn turned the entire park into a mud pit. So, it was pretty slow going.

I give the boys some credit, they only had 6 but gutted out 8. Emilee Chinn ran so good, she has a ton of talent. Alison and ivy both looked great. Positive day overall.

  Comments I ran 5 at great seal before practice and then ran 3 at ZT. I felt pretty crappy at first at great seal but towards the end i started to feel really good.

Workout day for the kids and it was a shit show of epic proportions. However, it was a great learning experience in patience and putting running into perspective. We cannot make mountains out of mole hills or as the kids say, we cannot make horse hoofs out of celery roots.
