Hips hurt. I ran at camp cattail. the loop has two big hills on it. I felt pretty solid overall. It takes me a while to get to where I should be pace wise, which is in between 700 and 710 on recovery days. a month ago, 710 pace felt like a tempo. Now it feels easy. I assume the reason for it taking so long to get to goal pace on recovery days is two things, I am getting older and secondly I do not drink enough beer as of late.
