  Comments I ran before practice. Paced the freshman and sophomore boys through a progression run. It was a total wreck. The entire goal was for them not to get beat by Alison. She ended up destroying them by a minute. Top guys ran well. Alison ran really good,630 last mile.

  Comments Felt good. Ran with Evan for most of this run and added on a mile at the end. Beautiful morning, the fog, the moisture, really made the LIONS look like a couple of studs amongst the chillcothians. At one point a group of drug addict/homeless looking women gave us some cat calls.

Oh yeah, I also saw a couple of homeless dudes sleeping under the tunnel on the bike path. I assume the chillicothe police will kill them soon.
