Michael Owen   Dude, I didn't realize how consistent your training has been since February. Any race coming up?  
johnIV   Man, I don't know. I guess I would like to but I am at a point in my running where I really do not care about racing,
I just like moving! Paxton said something about rocky raccoon ... So maybe take a week off here soon and then get after it. What about you???
 
Michael Owen   I just registered for Grindstone 100. I want to start running more 100's. Rocky Raccoon is a possibility for next year as well depending on Western States/Hardrock lotteries in December. Hardrock is a huge goal for me someday.

  Comments Felt good. Ran with Evan for most of this run and added on a mile at the end. Beautiful morning, the fog, the moisture, really made the LIONS look like a couple of studs amongst the chillcothians. At one point a group of drug addict/homeless looking women gave us some cat calls.

Oh yeah, I also saw a couple of homeless dudes sleeping under the tunnel on the bike path. I assume the chillicothe police will kill them soon.
