Eric called and asked if I would pace Britney In a ladder workout. Sounded fun. Brian Putnam, juicy j, Lisa Davies, and Paxton came. We did, 400,600,800,1200,1600,400,200. It wasn't to hard,80 seconds per lap. Had a blast. Did my final 200 in 28 which is roaring for me. |

I bet Brian Putnam ran a 23 last 200. That dude floats when he runs. His feet don't even touch the ground. It is crazy the raw talent he possesses. He makes us all look like bitches. |

Keep me posted on what workouts you will be doing. When Cara's soccer season is over I might be able to come join you. |

I hate the Villanova. Like I said I suck at it and I just have never felt like I reaped huge benefits from it as a workout. I would rather do interval or threshold pace 1000's or Mile repeats or 400's or a long run or a fartlek or something. I knew I was in awesome shape in 2008 when I ran a really good Villanova and beat everyone on SSU's team and went 17 something for the 5k. Because I suck at it and at that point I was in such good shape that I ran well on even the workout that I am absolutely the worst at.
