  Comments From the Bagley lot of the park... 6 miles with Hannah, Kelly, and TJ (Jogger), then 4 more solo (BF Triangle and back to the house). Felt like garbage.

Tuesday, 8/31/2010 Morning Interval Workout [Top]

General Information:
  Comments From home... headed out to run this one with BC. It was his assigned workout, but I figured it would do me some good as well. I was right.

His goal pace (per mile) was in the range of 5:35-5:48... my goal was just to run with him - so I let him set the pace since it was his workout.

If I felt really good I had plans to pick up the last 1/2 mile of each... but that didn't happen, as I was very content with the line I was hovering around during this effort this morning.

Splits:
1st 2m: 5:39.5, 5:28.8 = 11:08
2nd 2m: 5:30.5, 5:37.1 = 11:07
3rd 2m: 5:44.9, 5:37.6 = 11:22

We were both hesitate about how the last one was going to fare, so we wanted to hit the mile a bit more 'cautiously' to ensure a positive end note.
