I have a question. I've heard about both the Lunarglides and Lunarracers. Both sound like they could be full-time training shoes. WHich ones are better? I do a lot of distance running, at different paces, and speedwork once a week. |

I am in my 2nd pair of Lunar Glides and just picked up the Racers. Both are incredible shoes. I think you can get away with the Racers for all runs. They feel almost identical to the Glides, just lighter. Breathability is an issue with the Racers, not with the Glides. You can't go wrong either way. |

Pretty much any shoe can be used as a full time trainer but if you generally wear more supportive shoes, your traditional full time trainers, then you need to ease into wearing a shoe like the lunar glides or racers full time. |

I'd only advise this if you are wanting to get injured. They have shoe science and cushioned shoes for a reason. |

I'm not sure 26 mpw constitutes "a lot of distance running." Just sayin'. |
