I don't think you'll find too many Zip fans on here other than me and a couple UA grads. Akron's my favorite team, and I follow all the Ohio mid-majors more than Ohio St. The Buckeyes get all the press in this state except for extreme SW Ohio where UC is the team of choice. I can't stand OSU.

No way NIU comes into the JAR and beats the Zips. Overall, the MAC is a mediocre to bad league this year. The league's best results are a Kent St. win over UAB early in the year and Miami's close loss to Kentucky. Aside from that, the league has done nothing.

NIU is on a losing skid. And I predicted them losses correctly.

They just lost to Kent State, which is like 10 miles away from Akron. They've spent the last two days in Ohio, and they are ready to crush.

Northern Illinois has beaten Akron the last two times they faced (including an 88 to 78 win at Akron).

The Huskies are getting 13.5 points.

No way Akron covers that spread.

Not to mention 87% of action in Vegas has been bet on Akron ATS.

I'm not a gambler, so I don't care about the spread.

This Sunday it's all about them Super Bowl squares. The two best teams in the NFL battling it out on the field to have the correct last digit on the scoreboard at the end of the right quarter ... I don't know any other reason to be a sports fan!

Sarcasm.

That might be the best luck on the planet to get those numbers ... did you purchase half of the board?

I took only one (1) square for the entire SuperBowl.

I want the Colts to get the kickoff, ball at the 20yard. Get one first down on 7 plays. Punt. Saints drive the ball. Get field goal. Then Colts get a touchdown right before the end of the first quarter... then no more scoring the rest of the game.

Youngstown State is playing Loyola Chicago. Hate to say it, but looks like Youngstown is going to win, despite Loyola being 3 and half point favorites

CP - Will you change that ridicules pic? I would be ashamed to have a pic of two girls as my avatar that look (and who probably are) in better shape then me!

You should get the assclown award for just having that
