okay, it seems like every time i go running, bugs always end up going into my mouth, and so i have to stop and like gag them out. how can i avoid getting them in my mouth (without running with my mouth closed)?

many runners don't pay enough attention to their diet.  swallowing bugs on a run can be an excellent and easy way to get some additional protein!

Why don't you swallow them? Gnats are an indispensable component to every serious runner's diet.

haha why not breathe through your nose when you run past a bunch of bugs? Thats what i typically do............if not, than consider it a better source of calories and protein than those 'GU' gels ;)
