Now that its hot idk why or if its in my mind. but on the 100+ degree days my hamstrings burn like crazy on my runs any advice or excercises for this???

Stretch, that's an obvious one, try a foam roller though that might help

You should try using the stretching rope that your sexy friend gave you.
