I'm wondering if anyone has any links to some form of upper-body circuit that I can knockout on top of running. Or, if it's intense enough, something to do on the days I don't run. I'm hoping to find something that requires pretty much no equipment.

So, basically, I'm assuming it will be something along the lines of push-ups and core exercises. And you know, dips and things of that sort to catch some of the other muscles.

The more intense, the better. I know it's probably not ideal for building muscle, but if it'll make me sore in the chest and arms, I'm all for it.

Thank in advance!

Check out the videos from http://bodyrock.tv/ - they are on youtube. They have some pretty good circuits that are like 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off of like 5 exercises and you do like 5 circuits for 15 minutes. Lots of pushup/modified push ups and burpies and squats. If you are just looking for upper body you can pick and choose their exercises.

I like using the wheel of torture (an ab wheel) and push up where when you lower yourself, you kind of push out before lifting up.  i.e. instead of just down and up, you go down, out, back and up.  You can also do push ups where you put most of your weight on one arm (not one armed push ups, but most of the weight on one arm).

I think I know what you're talking about. The single wheel with two handles? I can't believe I forgot about that. That's thing is killer, and super simple. I need to go find one.

Thanks for the ideas!
