Does anyone have a suggestion for a daily multivitamin, if taking one at all? I'm going on 21, so I suppose I'm still young, but I can't imagine it would have any cons. My main concern is that my intake of fruits and veggies is rather low. I love carbs... But anyways, just curious as to whether or not anyone would suggestion taking a multivitamin, and if there was any one in particular. IF one is suggested, try and keep the price range low. I'm still paying for college, you know.

Where is runningart when you need him... Any of the veteran forum posters/readers remember that guy? haha

I take a multi called Catalyn. It's through a company called Standard Process. All their supplements are made from plants and foods and is all organically grown. I can feel a difference eneergy wise from switch from a synthetic store counter Vietnam to this one. I've found that it is absorbed a lot better through my body. I think since it is all made from foods n plants it is a lot easier for the body to break it down and use it.

Just my feelings about it. Not saying its right or wrong but it's what I take and I like it a lot better than the "one a days" or anything line those.

check out http://sixnutrition.com/.  I started taking it a few weeks ago and I can truly notice a difference in how fast I recover and in my energy throughout the day.  It has a 90 day 110% money back gurantee too.

I take the One-A-Day Men's Health Formula. I think there's some tag on it like a sports thing, or whatever. But I've been using it since I was a sophomore in high school. I highly recommend it.

Wal-Mart caters to everyone's needs. I love it. It would be better if it were on the same shelf as Extenze.

I was wondering if I would get a response about One-A-Day Men's. I always thought it seemed promising, but I never had any input!

Actually I have heard on a number of occasions that Walmart generic vitamin brand is quality and not to expensive. I switched from Centrum complete one a day to vitaminshoppe brand "ultimate man" its actually a twice a day supplement I have liked it a lot better.

still no substitute for eating correctly though.

It might've just been placebo, but as soon as I started taking it, I noticed that my daily energy levels were so much better. I could wake up in the AM and feel great. This was high school, but I liked it and I've been using it ever since. So my bias is towards them. You could see about getting a smaller bottle to try and then switching out and if you prefer one over the other, you can go that route.

I don't use them to substitute eating healthy, but I like to have them to balance out any areas I may be weak in and reinforce others that are vital. Especially during illness. I've found myself recovering a lot faster.
