What is even funnier about ol' Smitty12345 (and his alter ego Jim Sure) is that he came over here from England to train with Hoya and not only has he disappeared from this website, but his running career - if you can call it that - appears to be over.  Way to go Hoya.

Well, that might narrow you do to someone who's been active in the forums during the past week.

I lay it out so they can play it out... If they don't do what I tell them to do then I don't expect them to do well.

Teach me how to run a marathon. I'm up to a whopping 3 miles a day. (Speaking of which, i need to log my runs. I abuse my watch's history capabilities.)

that is me! to be fair to me i was a young naive stupid little boy with too much time on my hands and abit of running success so i thought i was the freaking man! i went to America by myself aged 17 and lived by myself which is a huge step for anyone at such a young age and i learned a hell of alot about both life and running from him! If anyone can honestly and truthfully say they didn't make stupid mistakes aged 16 or 17 then i take my hat off to you but for me iv learned alot from these mistakes and have bettered myself as a person! I am now working as an events manager in a nightclub in Mayfair London and attending college here, i had a great time in USA which ended sourly but that was 100% down to my immaturity and stupidness and no fault of mikes i do regret how it ended but you cant change what happend in the past. Im forever grateful to mike for my experience in America and have spoken to him since and we are all cool now i hope to see him again in the  future and shake hands with him and buy him a beer!

as for me i am now 21 year old so hopefully i can portray a wee bit more maturity on the forums rather than the wee d**khead that i was lol....:)

cheers.

What you talking about coffeeY? I was a two-time All-American in Division I cross-country. With talk like that I might have to get myself in shape and come out there and whip you in the mile

Okay, 3 miles is your max. That's pretty good! Keep up the good work! With some longer runs, and a tempo you might hit 10k!

lmfao the above conversation is just the proof to show that Coffey did not run, nor does he follow, collegiate running. How can you prepare your athletes for college when you don't even know what distances they have to run when they get there...
