Im in maui right now and im discovering how hard it is to run here. Theres no such thing as a flat road its all hills and mountains. Does anybody recommend any routes or if they got in better/worse shape after running here. Thanks!!!

Depends where you are in Maui - I just got back and had no problems finding places to run in Kihei and Wailea (S Kihei road and Wailea Anaui drive). Only problem was finding motivation to run.

Seriously... you should try the 10 mile run inside the rim of Haleakala. Read about it here - http://mauirunner.com/2011/06/down-and-back-again-running-through.html

Ditch the shoes and hit the beach.  Don't have to run as long in sand as you do roads for a good workout . . . allows for more time to be spent hunting tropical cougars.
