20 years coaching a variety of athletes ranging from sub 4:00 Milers to 5+ hour marathoners.
Coached at the High School level at JFK in NY and Purcell Marion in Cincinnati.
Consults on running techniques, form, strategies, supplement weight training, and more.
Currently coaching post collegiate runners for international competition as well as a number of young athletes preparing for High School and College competition.
Trained under Len Miller (coach of multiple top American athletes like Steve Scott our former American record holder in the mile) and Frank Gagliano (also known as "Gags" who has coached multiple Olympians and the former coach of the Nike Farm Team).

Multiple Olympic Trial participant in the 800 and 1500 meters.
2 years as #1 American High School Miler. Back to back Milrose High School Mile champion.
Coached at Centerville(OH) High School for two years after graduating College at Miami University(Oxford, OH).
Coached at Springboro(OH) High School for three years where he provided the training plans for the 2007 6th place girls state team as well as the 2008 girls 3rd place team.
Speaker at the Midwest Meet of Champions on behalf of Running2win.com.
Personal Running Acheivements:
Competed for Miami University, where running a 14:19 5k as well as individually qualifying to the NCAA DI Cross Country Championships
Top Freshman in MAC in 2000 in Cross Country
Ranked 17th in the nation as a High School Miler(4:10).
2nd in the 1600(4:14) and 3rd in the 3200(9:17) at the 2000 Ohio State Track Meet.
